Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Every sale starts with a complimentary initial on-site consultation to identify your specific sale needs.

  • Evaluating, establishing value, pricing and tagging of merchandise.  We'd all like to come across the painting or artifact worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and if it's there, we'll find it!  Our team thoroughly researches everything, even the most trivial items, in an effort to greatly enhance the proceeds of the sale.   If an item is out of our area of expertise, we have a network of experts to consult to best determine the real market value of your article(s).

  • Staging of merchandise.  Our company prides itself on the overall layout and presentation of the sale items.  This requires extra effort and time, but we feel this adds immensely to the overall performance and profitability of your sale.

  • Necessary staff to provide a safe, secure environment for the sale.

  • Extensive advertising on-line, by e-mail, in print, and with professional street signage.

  • Conducting the sale for 2 to 3 days, depending on the amount of items.

  • We sell precious metals (gold/silver), fine jewelry, firearms, and vehicles, utilizing some of the best and most respected buyers in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex.

  • Assistance with disposal of leftover items after the sale.  If desired, your house will be left empty and broom-clean!

Our commission is paid from the actual sale of items.  There are no up-front costs to you.  The fee is based on the amount of merchandise available to sell and the time required to present it in a clean, organized and appealing environment.
